About your comment on Smash Kingdom wether Master Chief from Halo will be in Brawl or not, maybe, maybe not, but I'd doubt that Microsoft would share their mascot to Nintendo. Megaman, Rayman, and Duke Nukem arent' either.
Only Sonic and Snake are, but maybe Rayman or Megaman would be in Brawl soon, I don't know.
